Service Description
A comprehensive in-person assessment of your oral health by our dentist. The visit includes an evaluation of your teeth, gums, and overall oral condition, along with recommendations for further care or treatment based on your individual needs.
Policy
The In-Clinic Oral Assessment is an in-person dental assessment conducted by the clinic’s dentist to evaluate your teeth, gums, and overall oral health. Based on the assessment, the dentist may recommend further treatment, diagnostic tests, or follow-up care as needed. Please provide accurate and relevant information when booking your appointment and during the assessment. The Consultation Fee includes one In-Clinic Oral Assessment and one Tele-Follow-Up as part of the consultation package. The Virtual Follow-Up may be requested within 7 days of completing the In-Clinic Oral Assessment and is subject to the Tele-Follow-Up Policy. Any additional diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, and any treatment recommended by the dentist will be charged separately. If further in-clinic treatment is recommended, the clinic will coordinate your treatment appointment based on your treatment plan and availability, so you do not need to make a separate booking. The appropriate course of care will be determined by the dentist based on your clinical needs.
