Tele-Follow-Up

Policy

Tele-Follow-Up is a virtual follow-up service available exclusively to patients who have completed an In-Clinic Oral Assessment that was booked through our website. The service may be requested within 7 days of the initial assessment. All Tele-Follow-Up requests are subject to manual review and approval by the clinic staff or doctor. The service is intended for follow-up discussions, progress reviews, and guidance related to the initial assessment or treatment. If an in-person examination, diagnostic test, or treatment is required, the patient may be advised to visit the clinic. Any diagnostic tests, including X-rays, and treatments required during an in-clinic visit will be charged separately. Tele-Follow-Up is not intended for dental emergencies or conditions requiring immediate in-person care. Patients experiencing a dental emergency should seek appropriate in-person dental or medical care without delay. The clinic reserves the right to decline a Tele-Follow-Up request if the patient does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not comply with the terms of this policy.
